01. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of placement. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your package is dispatched.

Because we source products from different regions to bring you the best prices, delivery times vary based on the product’s origin:

03. Shipping Rates

  • Local (Gujarat): Standard low-cost shipping applies.
  • National (Rest of India): Shipping is calculated based on weight and distance at checkout.
  • International Items: Pricing shown on the product page includes basic import duties unless otherwise stated.

04. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is marked as "Delivered" by our courier partner, it is considered successful. Zuvkart is not responsible for thefts or lost packages after confirmed delivery. Please ensure someone is available at your address to receive the package.
