Zuvkart.com is an online retail platform. We source products from manufacturers globally. Please be advised that we are not the manufacturers. All product descriptions, specifications, and performance data are provided by the respective brands.

02. Warranty & Brand Responsibility

Any warranty or guarantee mentioned on our site is provided exclusively by the Product Manufacturer.

  • Service Center Check: Customers are strongly advised to verify the availability of an authorized brand service center in their specific area before making a purchase.
  • Claims: Warranty claim approval is a direct matter between the customer and the brand. Zuvkart does not take responsibility for claim rejections.
  • Assistance: Our team will provide brand contact details and full cooperation to assist your claim process, though we do not own the responsibility for the final claim outcome.

03. Zuvkart Support Policy

We provide 100% support for the first 7 days following delivery for returns or replacements of damaged or incorrect goods as per our store policy. After this 7-day window, Zuvkart’s responsibility ends, and all performance or technical issues must be addressed to the manufacturer. Items with "No Warranty" listed are final sale after the 7-day support period.

04. Security & Fraud Protection

Mandatory Unboxing Video:

To ensure protection against "Empty Box" or "In-Transit Damage" fraud, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all claims. Claims without valid video proof of the original sealed package being opened will not be entertained.
